Almost every organisation we take on is paying for Microsoft 365 licences it no longer uses, and very few have reviewed who can see what since the tenant was set up.
Licensing, where the quick win usually is
Licence counts drift upward and almost never down. Staff leave and the licence stays assigned. Someone is on Business Premium who needs Business Basic. A plan bought for one feature is duplicated by another plan already held.
We audit assigned licences against actual usage during onboarding. It is unglamorous, and in most organisations of any size it recovers a meaningful annual figure — frequently enough to fund part of the improvement program that comes with it.
Identity and access

Data governance for sensitive information
A club holds member data. A practice or care provider holds health records. Microsoft 365's defaults were not designed with either in mind — external sharing is on, retention is indefinite, and permissions inherited from a folder structure nobody documented tend to be far broader than intended.

Can you help us move from on-premises email?
Yes, and it is one of the more common projects in the first ninety days. Migration is sequenced around your trading and care hours.
