ClubIT

For Sydney clubs

Your club deserves an IT provider that doesn't take it for granted.

Maybe your provider has been bought out, and the change showed up at renewal and in the ticket queue. Maybe they've simply stopped trying — slow to call back, quick to invoice, and sure you'll never leave. Either way, your club has become one account among many. If that sounds familiar, talk to someone who still does it the old-fashioned way.

  • Free, with no obligation
  • At your club, face to face
  • About an hour, at a time that suits trade
  • A conversation, not an audit or a sales deck

Sound familiar?

Four things Sydney club managers keep telling us about their IT this year.

The renewal came in higher.

The same service — or less of it — for more money, on terms that were written somewhere other than your club.

Tickets go into a queue.

The duty manager rings at 8pm on a Friday and gets a reference number, not someone who knows the gaming floor.

The people you knew have moved on.

Years of knowledge about your club left with them, and now you're explaining your own setup to a stranger.

They assume you'll never leave.

Slow to call back, quick to invoice, and confident you'll renew anyway. That's what happens when a provider stops having to earn your business.

What hasn't changed here in more than twenty years.

ClubIT was built on relationships with clubs, and it still runs that way. Good old-fashioned service, from people you can trust.

Locally owned and managed

The people who make decisions about your service are people you can ring. There's no head office somewhere else to escalate to.

People who know your club

You deal with a small team who learn your systems, your venue and your duty managers — and they're still here next year.

Club systems depth, not a crash course

More than twenty years inside club gaming, POS and membership platforms. We didn't learn your systems on your site.

A Sydney office at Kogarah

Sydney-based staff in the St George district, for onsite attendance at metropolitan clubs.

One party owns the Friday night

24/7 monitoring and response. When gaming and POS disagree, we work out which one is wrong and deal with the vendor for you.

Terms you can read

Plain contracts, no lock-in, and a 90-day guarantee when you move to us.

The systems on your floor, we already know.

Current, hands-on experience with the platforms Sydney clubs actually run.

A club client for twenty years

“It's not so much what it costs you to have the service in place — it's the cost of when that service is not working.”

The discovery visit — the old-fashioned way.

No webinar, no online demo, no call centre. One of our people comes to your club, sits down with you and has a chat.

  1. You book a time

Use the form below or call 1300 788 874. We'll ring back within one business day to find a time that suits — before or after trade is fine.

  2. We drop in

About an hour at your club, with the CEO, operations manager or whoever looks after IT.

  3. We listen, and walk the floor

What's working, what isn't, what your contract says and when it ends. If you're happy for us to, we'll have a look at the comms room.

  4. You get a straight answer

Whether moving makes sense, what it would involve, and roughly what it would cost. If staying put is the right call, we'll tell you that too.

Book a free discovery visit

Tell us a little about your club and we'll ring within one business day to arrange a time. Rather talk now? Call 1300 788 874.

Optional. We won't contact them.

A sum instead of a CAPTCHA. No tracking, no third-party widget.

Free, with no obligation. We reply within one business day. Your details are used to arrange the visit and nothing else — see our privacy policy.

Prefer not to use a form? Call 1300 788 874, or email clientservices@clubit.net.au.

Common questions

Is the visit really free?

Yes. No cost, no obligation, and no string of sales emails afterwards. If we're not the right fit for your club, we'll say so.

We're still in contract with our current provider. Is it too early?

No — it's the best time. Notice periods and handover obligations are far easier to plan with six months to go than six weeks. We'll help you work out what your contract says about leaving.

How does a changeover work without disrupting trade?

We plan it around your trading hours, take documentation and access over from the outgoing provider, and schedule anything that touches gaming or POS for quiet periods. Transition work is done by the same team that has done it across 180+ organisations.

Will you deal with our gaming and POS vendors?

Yes. We hold the technical conversation with your vendors on your behalf, including vendors we didn't choose and don't supply. We're not a reseller for any of them.

Where in Sydney do you visit?

Our Sydney office is at Kogarah, in the St George district. Tell us where your club is when you book and we'll come to you.

How is this different from your Technology Review?

The discovery visit is a conversation — free, about an hour, nothing formal in writing. The Technology Review is a structured audit with a written findings report within five days, for $1,500 including GST. Most clubs start with the chat.
