The way organisations access government online services is changing. AUSkey and Manage ABN Connections are being retired at the end of March 2020 and are being replaced with myGovID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
myGovID is an authentication service that allows you to prove who you are online. It is different to your myGov account and you will need the app installed on your smart device.
RAM is a new Australian Government authorisation service that allows you to act on behalf of an entity with participating government online services.
Together, these provide a flexible, easy and secure way to access government online services.
In line with modern security standards, desktop and browser-based versions of myGovID will not be supported, as access could be granted to anyone using the device.
If you have employees or other individuals that access online services on behalf of your business, you will need to authorise them in RAM.
